I’m Cat and I’m a healthy eating coach, nutritionist and chef, with over ten years of experience in community nutrition.

My mission is to support you in activating your healthy eating goals so that you can show up for what’s important with energy, focus, and intention. It’s about your dreams, your family and relationships, your work and your play.

I offer one-on-one coaching to you help you define your healthy eating goals and make concrete steps to achieve them. Together, we will identify sustainable behaviors that support your health and priorities, and attitudes that nurture respect for your body. I will guide you to discover that it’s absolutely possible to eat healthy and feel good while enjoying what you eat. I tailor my coaching services to your specific needs and health journey.
Would you believe me if I told you I only just started to enjoy chai tea this year? I’m way late on the bandwagon. I was first introduced to chai by way of Starbucks, and it was so syrupy sweet and overwhelmingly cinnamon-y. From then on, I steered clear of chai, assuming that it always comes pre-sweetened and flat in flavor.
