I offer one-on-one coaching to you help you define your healthy eating goals and make concrete steps to achieve them. Together, we will identify sustainable behaviors that support your health and priorities, and attitudes that nurture respect for your body.

I will guide you to discover that it’s absolutely possible to eat healthy and feel good while enjoying what you eat. I tailor my coaching services to your specific needs and health journey.

My sessions are available remotely throughout the U.S. and in person in NYC whenever possible.
